Frequently Asked Questions

How often should my pet be professionally groomed?

Grooming frequency depends on breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Long-haired breeds may require every 4 to 6 weeks, while short-haired breeds typically require 6-12 weeks. Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4-8 weeks.

How long does an appointment take?

Most grooming sessions take between 1 to 2 hours depending on pets size, coat type, and grooming needs.

What should I do to prepare for my dog's grooming?

To prepare for your dog's grooming, ensure they are on a leash and have had a chance to relieve themselves before our arrival. We’ll take care of the rest!

Do I need to be home for my pets appointment?

We only require you to be home for your pets initial appointment. If applicable, or desired you may provide us with an entry code or leave a hidden key for turn key grooming services to be provided while you are away at work, running errands, etc.
